Useless Articles
I love coming across totally useless articles put out by major new organizations. I don't know if it's a result of a slow news day or laziness on the writer's part.
Here's a gem I found today.

Environment Canada's Weather Office has issued its forecast for this summer's weather and they say it's going to be a hot one.
Maybe.
In fact, they're really not sure.
Maybe I should've gone into journalism, the competition looks pretty weak.

I think they just have so many pages of web site to fill so they will put up anything.
Didn't anyone die last night, why aren't they telling us about that.
The other night they had a news story about street drag racing and the police crack down. This guy (reporter) was standing on a street in an industrial area and talking about punk kids racing on these very streets at 2:00 in the morning.. then he's says "and look here's the proof, burnt rubber tracks on the ground" so the cameraman pans down and zooms in and its obviously two marks made by a tractor trailer. They were 2 feet apart and looked just like the ones on the highway... idiots... and people beleive this.
I've lost all respect for the media over the last couple years. they're paid by corporations to report on things that will help them sell product, or keep people in fear as Michael Moore likes to tell us.
